Staging for Real Estate Sales
At Northern Interiors we offer two types of staging services for realtors and their clients. The ‘consultation’ package consists of our interior decorator (Mary Valentine), visiting the home and analyzing each room to determine cost effective ways to enhance the sale of the home. Upon completing her analysis, Mary provides the homeowner with a detailed description of suggestions for each room, and ranked according to their potential impact on the sale of the home. This service is provided for a one-time fee of $250.
The second service, or ‘decorator’ package, consists of repositioning of furniture, objects, and/or accessories to maximize and enhance the appeal of the home to prospective buyers. In provisioning this service, two or more Northern Interiors delivery persons work under the direction of Mary Valentine, all at a total cost of $150 per hour. Lastly, we offer subcontracted cleaning services for a fee of $18 per hour. Feel free to contact the store to inquire about and schedule these services for your home.
