Northern Interiors Furniture is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. As a reminder, Northern Interiors does not request personal information via e-mail or telemarketing. If someone contacts you in this manner and requests personal information on behalf of Northern Interiors, DO NOT RESPOND! Delete, disregard or hang up. These questions are not from us. We want your personal information to remain private. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We will share personal customer information only with our agents, representatives, service providers, and contractors for limited purposes, including fulfilling customer orders, communicating to customers, and providing customer service. Store Purchase Policies

Northern Interiors policies on special orders, deliveries, and returns include the following:

Special Order - A 50% deposit is required on sales that involve special order items.

Delivery Fees - $10 for deliveries within a 10 mile radius from Potsdam, $25 for those within a 20 mile radius, and $50 beyond 20 miles.

Returns - Returns of in-stock merchandise within 3 days of delivery will receive a full refund, less a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. Return of special order merchandise will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of these items, less a 20% manufacturers restocking fee. No returns allowed after 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be transported b Northern Interiors delivery personnel. Mattresses and box springs are not returnable once delivered. Custom ordered area rugs are not returnable. Items damaged while in customer's possession are not returnable, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty policy.
